Broadcast Delivery

Here is what we have to work with. We prepare and deliver broadcast masters conformed to the precise tech specs each Belgian channel needs, handling file format, codec, wrapper, video levels, loudness and metadata. Our team checks each deliverable against the destination TV networks's delivery needs before handoff, running QC on levels, sync, artefacts and compliance so the master is accepted on first submission. Belgium's multilingual structure makes versioning central to broadcast delivery: a single programme often ships in Dutch, French and English with the corresponding subtitle and audio tracks, and we manage those parallel deliverables as a set up package. We work from the conformed and QC-verified master, align loudness to EBU R128, and structure delivery so the programme meets the TV networks's scheduling deadline. The result is a clean, compliant handoff to VRT, RTBF or the commercial channels without rejection cycles.

Here is the layout. Belgium's broadcast landscape spans the Flemish public TV networks VRT, with its channels Een, Canvas and the VRT MAX platform, and the French-language public TV networks RTBF, alongside the commercial TV networks VTM and RTL Belgium and the streaming service Streamz. VRT and RTBF are EBU members, so EBU R128 loudness and EBU tech specs govern broadcast deliverables, and we conform each master to match. The country's three-language structure means Dutch, French and English versioning, subtitling and dubbing are routine parts of the delivery package. Belgium's Tax Shelter has concentrated post expertise in Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp, giving broadcast projects access to sites that also handle conform, QC and versioning. Delivered masters are archived so re-runs, format updates and platform re-deliveries can be fulfilled from a verified, compliant source.
